Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

About the Role

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Amplify, you will identify and drive key initiatives to increase the conversion and efficiency of our sales operations. Your goal will be to enable an outstanding customer experience through streamlining agent processes, iterating on outbound sales sequences, and analyzing data to predict the next best action an agent can make to improve the customer journey. You will own advanced marketing automation workflows and call prioritization systems that guide the efforts of entire sales teams. 

 

In this role you will proactively identify actionable insights via data analysis of connection rates, contact rates, and conversion rates throughout our sales funnel. You will combine quantitative data with qualitative insights gathered from customers and sales teams to identify opportunities to drive increased conversion via segmentation, personalization, and event-based triggering of our sales follow up. You will directly implement improvements via our marketing automation and sales sequencing platforms in order to drive impact based on the insights you discover.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and drive daily, weekly, and monthly processes that leverage descriptive and diagnostic analytics to monitor the new lead customer experience, pipeline generation, and address root cause issues to problems that may arise.

  • Partner with sales leaders, agents, marketers, and analysts to identify ideas and opportunities for improving our outbound sales sequencing. 

  • Partner with sales to scope and structure A/B tests that enable testing out different sales cadences, frequencies, lengths, timing, branding, etc. to drive conversion. 

  • Develop monitoring and reporting that empowers agents and managers to identify training and coaching opportunities due to deviations from process.

  • Own the ongoing quality assurance and testing of the customer experience to ensure it meets expectations and resolve issues that arise due to vendors, system configuration, process errors, or training opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with sales, case management, and customer success teams to create key documentation of the customer journey and relevant sales processes targeted for improvement.

  • Own the contact center and marketing automation software stack,  vendor relationships, and ongoing improvement to our systems. 

  • Rigorously assess test results and project impacts via analytics and create dashboards that enable ongoing monitoring and diagnosis of system & sales cycle issues.

  • Create clear and simple processes alongside effective training materials for use by revenue team managers to onboard agents and reinforce best practices.

  • Own the onboarding and offboarding of sales representatives via updating system configurations and delivering specific training on our CRM and sales systems. 

 

Experience

 

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Marketing Operations - with ideally experience across areas. 

  • Strong Experience with Email Automation solutions and implementing lead lifecycle engagement patterns (Hubspot, Iterable, Customer.io, Marketo, etc.)

  • Strong Experience with Outbound Cloud Contact Center Platforms and dialer automation frameworks. 

  • Strong Experience identifying complex business insights via modern business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

  • Experience working with cross functional teams involving several internal or external stakeholders

  • Familiarity with CRM administration, configuration and customization
