-Responsible for creating a great customer service experience.
-Being the first person our clients see.
-Customer service advocate.
-Client facing/company representative.

Education and Experience for Cosmetic Medical Receptionist-Patient Care Coordinator:

-Associates degree or above.
-Previous experience in front office operations, retail sales, or customer service related roles.
-Medical experience or background is not necessary or required.

Essential Skills and Abilities of Cosmetic Medical Receptionist-Patient Care Coordinator:

-Adaptable to a dynamic, frequently-changing work atmosphere.
-Customer focused attitude is an ABSOLUTE MUST.
-Must have evening availability. Especially on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
-Must have some weekend availability.
-Excellent computer skills.
-Responsibilities of Cosmetic Medical Receptionist-Patient Care Coordinator:

-Handling customer communications via phone, email and text.
-Greeting and checking out clients.
-Training and supervising front office staff (check-in, check-out, etc).
-Keeping the front office area visually appealing.
-Monitor inventory for front office.
-Open and close the office.
-Educate clients about skin care.
