As an IT Technical Salesperson at ELB, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by leveraging your expertise in Cloud Solutions and Cloud Migrations. You will collaborate closely with our Sales team and their clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales: Engage with clients to identify their Cloud requirements, offering consultative solutions that align with their organizational objectives.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of major Cloud solutions providers, products and services.

Solution Development: Create comprehensive, customized proposals that outline the benefits of our solutions, clearly articulating how they meet the client's needs.

Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Cloud solutions to provide expert guidance to clients.

Relationship Assistance: Support your Salesperson in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through collaborative communication to customers and collective processing of customer feedback.

Participate in Meeting Sales Targets: Pair with your Salesperson to meet or exceed sales targets by processing new opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, and providing the technical expertise needed to gain customer trust to close sales

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of implementing Cloud solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Support, Project Management and Deployment Engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment and post-sales support for clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Qualifications:

Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).

Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the Cloud industry.

Familiarity and experience with one or more major Cloud solution providers manufacturers (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms for clients.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.

A results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.

CompTIA Cloud+ Certification required
