PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Guest Experience Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to lead the Guest Experience strategy and Guest Experience volunteer teams at your assigned Campus. This includes facilitating an engaging and welcoming environment for guests visiting the Campus for weekend services and occasional campus-wide special events. This also includes recruiting, building, and caring for the volunteer teams that will live out Northview’s Guest Experience strategy. A secondary responsibility is to serve weekday guest needs and to offer specific campus office-related support. This is a full-time, non-exempt, weekend required position.

Primary Duties - Guest Experience
- Implement Guest Experience strategy which includes building and oversight of teams serving in the areas of: Parking/Shuttle, Greeting, Check-in, Guest Hub, New Family Registrations, Welcome/Info Table, Ushers, Communion, Café, and Environments.
- Vision cast and collaborate with the Central Guest Experience Director and Coordinator to improve the Guest Experience playbook.
- Establish Guest Experience guidelines that include creating volunteer responsibilities for the Campus Teams.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and care for Guest Experience team members and Ministry Associates.
- Utilize ROCK database to enter attendance numbers, First-time Guest data, and updating member info as needed.
- Help create systems for success, including managing “Test Drives,” keeping Guest Experience team database current, scheduling and communicating with Guest Experience team members.
- Oversee Guest Experience supplies and inventory (coffee, FTG packets, communion, etc).
- Assist with Next Experience oversight.
- Assist campus ministry initiatives that help Guests move towards campus engagement.
- Give oversight to team members, who complete needed ministry and environments tasks.
- Participate in all Central Teams meetings that pertain to Guest Experiences.
- Manage any items sold during weekend services.
- Manage all screens in the Lobby, if applicable.
- Coordinate Hospitality Suite for volunteers for Easter and Christmas Eve Services.
Campus Office Duties
- Welcome and greet weekday guests to the office.
- Direct inquiries to specific campus staff.
- Assist with baptism procedures.
- Assist with benevolence requests.
As Needed Duties
- Performs related duties as assigned by manager.
- Assist with “all-hands-on deck” Campus events or initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position works with volunteers and must have an understanding that volunteers are key to the ministry of the church. The employee must have a heart to recruit, train, equip and support volunteers in fulfilling their roles.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED, plus one to three years of related work experience in an administrative or support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
