We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of full-funnel marketing, adept at localizing global initiatives from our headquarters in China. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in brand management and digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and can swiftly adapt strategies and priorities as needed.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develops annual/seasonal integrated marketing activity plans and calendars to guide brand relevance and channel growth in market leveraging new technology, new strategies and KPIs
  • Ownership of seasonal 360° integrated marketing plans and cross-channel GTM activation plans across channels (PR, Influencers, Events, Promotions, Ecommerce, Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Media, Social, etc.)
  • Leads team briefing in campaign content strategy, ensuring best practice alignment/ execution and works closely in partnership with creative teams to execute campaign collateral
  • Manage a global calendar of activities for full year brand campaigns and ensure it is in sync with regional plans
  • Oversee campaign launch (with execution happening across the organization) and ensure all deliverables meet standards, requirements and necessary timelines for a successful launch
  • Accountable to the outcomes of integrated marketing programs across the organization and responsible to understand performance / results; ensuring successful campaign execution
  • Oversees networking and collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders to drive compelling consumer engagement
  • Define effective and innovative marketing strategies that drive business results that meet or exceed business goals, brand health KPIs and consumer growth targets
  • Experience reporting on KPIs and proactively creating diversification and mitigation strategies to improve performance and add functionality
  • Can develop and influence the business through informative presentations on suggestions that oversee the implementation of channel activation plans, brand strategy and key strategic goals to support the overall business
  • Recommends appropriate testing to provide effectiveness of marketing mix and attribution and reports out on marketing performance
  • Collaborates with teams at our China-based headquarters
  • Potential to oversee a small team of direct reports

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years in marketing positions
  • Proven track record of leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Extensive experience in data-driven marketing strategy, campaign planning, and budget management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related field
  • Expertise in interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Strong background in customer experience design, brand strategy, media strategy, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and business partners.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and driven leader with exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change, take calculated risks, and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Strong data privacy and security awareness, with the ability to balance customer and employee data collection.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment, enabling decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin preferred

 

Reports to: General Manager, North America

 

Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000
