Position Overview
The Associate Director of Accelerant Services (AD of Accelerant Svs) manages Mission Triangle’s fee-based services that are meant to accelerate a nonprofit’s growth toward health. Services primarily include consulting and cohorts. He or she is responsible for business development and sales, client satisfaction, managing a team of 1099-based strategic consultants, hitting revenue and profit targets, and creating value-add services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Accelerant Services

Manage delivery of, ensure quality of, and improve our Consulting & Cohort services

Ensure high client satisfaction as measured by client feedback surveys

Achieve revenue and profitability goals

Manage billing and invoicing and accounts receivables
Business development and sales

Leverage Mission Triangle’s no-cost model, community trust, and credibility relationships to sell accelerant services (ie new consulting projects/services, recruiting cohort members)

Promote services to nonprofits and funders via multiple mediums, including cultivating referrals
Recruit, manage, and retain Strategic Consultants

Recruit, onboard and develop Strategic Consultant team (1099 contractors) with experts in our core competencies who align with our mission and values

Work with the Program Team to provide training, encourage continuing education from high-quality external sources, and ensure quality service delivery across consulting team

Build a culture of peer support, mutual learning, best practices sharing, and camaraderie among consultants

Ensure strong performance and delivery among consultants and cultivate excellent feedback from clients
Qualifications
The AD of Accelerant Svs must be a follower of Jesus Christ – and in agreement with Mission Triangle's statement of faith, values and core beliefs. He/she must also be committed to growing as a nonprofit leader, learner, teacher, and consultant.
In addition, the following qualifications are desired in this role:

Sales experience

Consulting or coaching experience

Leadership and manage experience (ability to attract, grow, lead, develop, retain a team to deliver on organizational goals)

Nonprofit experience preferred

4-year degree / Masters-degree preferred
