We are developing and actively distributing a refreshed Investor Portal to modernize the Private Equity Industry. To get there, we are looking for individuals who are motivated to succeed and the thirst for constant knowledge and growth.
Our internship is like no other where you will wear multiple hats. After training on existing processes, you will be given the freedom to show off your skills to create additional workflows, develop software utilizing AI, manipulate data and work within our portal, learning everything about the Private Equity field.
You will be assisting the Technical Onboarding Specialist as well as reporting to the CEO.
Organizational Support
- Create business workflows to efficiently onboard new clients to our portal
- Portal testing to ensure no bugs • Assist in research for multiple projects
- Prepare reports on the best software/methods to solve problems
- Assist in the development of sophisticated projects to strengthen GPES’s offerings
- Special projects as assigned
- Create a weekly report on weeks progress
Basic Qualifications
- Currently in your penultimate or final year of a degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Technology / related technical field
- Interest and aptitude to learn about and create solutions for Private Equity
- Experience with at least one programming language like Python or the interest and technical ability to learn a programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with databases
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps / Power BI specifically
- Knowledge of HTML /JS / CSS
- Written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Interest in Machine Learning
