We are looking for a Customer Success/Program Manager (title flexible) to support the continued growth of NavigatorCRE as the #1 data visualization software for commercial real estate. A successful candidate will have a background in project management and real estate knowledge (ideally commercial asset management). This role reports directly to the COO. PMP and Scrum Master certifications are a plus, but not required. Minimal travel required. We are open to local candidates and those that are willing to relocate.


The following outlines the core goals that shape this effort and the focus for the role:

1. Partnership Network: Build and develop a strategic partnership network to create scaling capacity, speed to market and barrier to entry for would be competitors.

2. Client Success & Engagement: Design and create a Client Success engagement model and operation

3. System Integration: Develop scaled system integration capabilities that support client value, usage and engagement.

4. Operational Excellence: Build the next phase of business operations and infrastructure to support the 2020+ revenue growth, large enterprise clients, and the expansion of the partner network.


The success of the partnership network will create more growth and enterprise clients. More growth by Enterprise Clients and the successful engagements developed will expand the network and strengthen the demand and opportunities to participate in the partnership network. Both the partnership network and enterprise clients will have a heavy dependency on system integrations to be designed, built and setup correctly and reliably. All three will be dependent on developing an operational framework for growth and scale that brings it all together with a balance on speed, reliability, cost and efficiency and allows leaders and key employees to focus on high priorities and not get pulled into an unmanageable number of directions.
