This position provides support to the Scholarships department to ensure administrative and support needs for the scholarship program are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process and enter applications for eligibility determination
- Create database profile and files of participating families
- Respond to inquiries from families, early childhood programs, and the general public regarding State Early Learning Scholarships
- Stay up to date with department messaging and procedures as you respond to inquiries
- Communicate with scholarship team regarding family applications, letters and documents
- Process, create, and send letters to inquiring and awarded families
- Open, scan and upload incoming mail and documents into SharePoint
- Provide support to the front desk
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma/GED
- Associate's degree in business, accounting or related field preferred
- 1 year experience with data entry/management
- Demonstrated ability in basic math functions
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Dynamics, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Saleforce is a plus
This position is available immediately.
The hourly rate range for this position is $17.27-$20.00.
