Previous experience in a similar setting will be advantageous although full training for each role will be provided before our re-opening.

Skills required for the role:

· Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation, adhering to the Profession Presentation Standards policy at all times

· Maintain standards of excellence, within customer service, etiquette and knowledge

· Take customer orders for food and beverage using every opportunity for suggestive selling

· Serve food and beverages to tables and satisfy every customer's need

· Work collaboratively as a team across all restaurants, bar and kitchen functions, and with all other departments within the hotel as required

· Participation in all training, development and appraisal programs

· Promoting all Sales & Marketing activity

· Operate within the guidelines of consumer and licensing legislation

· Adhere to all Food Safety requirements at all times

· Be aware of and observe all safety and security procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the duty manager immediately

· Adhere to all Company policy as stipulated in the Employee Handbook

· To perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping of the food service area, floor areas, toilets, and equipment

· Muti-skill across all restaurants, bar, and conference functions
