As a Software QA Engineer focusing on Wallet Credentials and Mobile QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our access control solutions. You will be primarily responsible for testing and debugging Wallet integrations with major platforms such as Google, Apple, and Samsung, as well as conducting comprehensive mobile QA for our apps.

 

 

Please note we are looking for someone near our Broomfield office as this position will be in office 4 days a week with a preference for 100% onsite while onboarding. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Wallet Credentials Testing:

  • Collaborate with development teams to understand wallet credential integration requirements.

  • Conduct thorough testing of wallet functionalities on various platforms including Google, Apple, and Samsung.

  • Identify and report issues related to wallet credentials, ensuring seamless user experience.

Mobile QA:

  • Execute end-to-end testing of our mobile application to identify and resolve any defects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand mobile app features and functionalities.

  • Create and execute test cases for both Android and iOS platforms.

  • Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of new releases.

Test Planning and Documentation:

  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for wallet and mobile QA.

  • Document test results, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

  • Work closely with the QA team to continuously improve testing processes.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards.

  • Participate in agile development processes and provide feedback to enhance product quality.



Qualifications:

  • Development Certifications or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer with a focus on wallet and mobile testing.

  • Experience with Automation Testing
  • Solid understanding of access control systems and security protocols.
  • Experience with testing wallet integrations on platforms such as Google, Apple, and Samsung.

  • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry best practices for mobile application development and testing.

  • Familiarity with automation testing tools for mobile applications.

  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
