Wavelynx Technologies is a leader in the security industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronics for credentialing and access control.

We're seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator with deep expertise in NetSuite to join our team. Responsibilities of this role involve maintaining, supporting, customizing, and optimizing the current NetSuite environment. You will provide day-to-day admin support and be responsible for driving long-term improvements to support business objectives and improve automation of month-end processes and reporting. This role will also be the primary contact for managing support with external partners.

Location: During the first 90 days, this role will be in the office 5 days a week at our Headquarters in Broomfield, CO. After 90 days, one day a week may be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, own, and document all requirements involving NetSuite, including all integrations.

  • Own NetSuite projects, including audit of current settings, enhancements, integrations, process controls, release testing, and other special projects.

  • Share your individual subject matter expertise and serve as a liaison between Finance/Accounting and other departments using NetSuite.

  • Maintain user access, roles, and rights, and implement appropriate controls and audits.

  • Create, manage, and edit customized NetSuite reports, forms, fields, and records.

  • Keep and maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration.

  • Identify performance gaps, both technological and business-related, and propose dynamic solutions to address the gaps.

  • Work closely with NetSuite support and third parties to fully utilize the functionality of the system.

  • Identify, define and potentially build NetSuite integrations to third-party software (CRM, BI, Demand planning, etc.)


Qualifications

  • NetSuite Administration Certification: 2 years

  • 5 years of experience with NetSuite,  preferably at a manufacturing company.

  • Experience with Power BI.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field preferred

  • Able to manage multiple deliverables without sacrificing attention to detail or efficiency of work production

  • Possess excellent work ethic and integrity


Salary and Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is offered at $130k-$150k
