Wavelynx Technologies is a leader in the security industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronics for credentialing and access control. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and fast paced team. 

 

Position Overview: 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth.  This isn’t just about answering phones and emails, it’s about proactively building relationships with customers, generating excitement, and demonstrating the value of our product.  You will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted outreach and automating customer follow-up and engagement using our CRM.  The position requires a self-starter with the ability to blend proactive outbound sales efforts with efficient inbound lead management. You will also cultivate strong relationships with assigned Key Accounts, managing their forecasts and driving growth. Collaborating closely with an outside Business Development rep, you’ll work as a cohesive team to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets.  

   

This position works primarily onsite at our facilities in Broomfield, CO.  With one day work from home available

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Integrator engagement

  • Generate new business: Identify, research and proactively reach out to Integrators in your assigned territory.  The goal is to initiate new relationships and create interest in our products and encourage current partners to continue purchasing for upcoming projects.  Reach out to recent buyers for future project sales 

  • Discovery and qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand the customers needs, current challenges and potential applications for our solutions.  

  • Meeting and demo generation:  Schedule and conduct a minimum of 5 product demos or introductory meetings per week with prospective partners to showcase our product's value.  

  • Relationship Nurturing: Build relationships with key prospects to develop and execute consistent follow-up strategies to nurture leads and build rapport.

Inbound Lead Management & Qualification: 

  • Rapid response with a consultative approach: Qualify all inbound leads the same day or within 24 hours to convert them into viable opportunities for your regional team. 

  • CRM excellence: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all leads, contacts and customer interactions. Following up on sequences and tasks for continued nurturing. 

  • Collaboration with Marketing: engaging with marketing to get new sales collateral that will work within your sequencing/nurturing efforts. 

Key Account Management & Growth: 

  • Relationship cultivation:  Serve as the primary point of contact for the purchasing and fulfillment teams of assigned key accounts. 

  • Forecast alignment: Review Key Account customer forecasts and blanket purchase orders (POs) to ensure they are in line to meet their needs and company targets for the quarter and the year.  Collaborating with your Order Entry peers to ensure that they are accurately entered into our ERP system. 

  • Upselling & Cross Selling: Proactively analyzing your Key accounts product spread and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products that would complement their existing solutions.  

  • Business Reviews: Collaborate with your regional Business Development reps on participating in either annual or quarterly business reviews with Key accounts. 

 

Continuous Learning and Development: 

  • Become an expert in Wavelynx’s products and services to educate the market on solutions and accurately articulate the value proposition. 

  • stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and new technologies within the industry to inform your outreach conversations and activities .

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or equivalent work experience. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of account management in a B2B selling environment, preferably in security or access control industries. 

  • At least one year of experience with a CRM system is required.

  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite is required.  

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required. 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers. 

  • Ability to self-start and dive into new projects or fill gaps where seen in the business.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize various tasks/projects and work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Ability to maintain positive customer interactions throughout the customer experience. 

  • Ability to understand unique product features and functionality and understand high-level technical customer requirements needed. 

 

Salary and Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is offered at $55,000-$60,000 base salary + commission (approx. $78k+ OTE potential)
