Summary:

The LEAF Community Program Manager is a crucial role responsible for the successful execution and day-to-day operations of our LEAF Community Program. This individual will be instrumental in bringing the program's vision to life, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a positive and impactful experience for participants. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent project management and interpersonal skills, driven by a passion for community engagement and program success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation:

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of program delivery according to established timelines, objectives, and program design.

    • Implement program curriculum and activities with fidelity and adapt as needed under the guidance of program leadership.

  • Program Marketing & Events:

    • Produce content (site copy, drip & social campaigns) to drive community engagement and recruit new participants.

    • Identify and plan in person and virtual community events in collaboration with founding community members.

    • Coordinate and schedule program activities, workshops, events, and resources.

    • Ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and logistical support for program activities.

  • Participant Management:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing support.

    • Manage participant enrollment, registration, and communication processes.

    • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all program participants.

    • Track participant attendance, engagement, and progress.

  • Logistics and Operations:

    • Manage program budgets and track expenses related to program execution.

    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, communications, product) to ensure smooth program operations.

    • Maintain accurate program records, databases, and documentation.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant organizational policies and procedures.

  • Team Coordination (if applicable):

    • Supervise and support program staff, volunteers, or facilitators involved in program delivery.

    • Provide clear direction, training, and ongoing support to team members.

    • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the program team.

  • Quality Assurance and Evaluation Support:

    • Collect data and feedback related to program implementation.

    • Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    • Contribute to the development of program reports and presentations.

  • Community Engagement:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders involved in program delivery.

    • Represent the LEAF program in relevant community meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.

  • 5 + years in account or program management.

  • Proven marketing experience in the successful execution of partner based programs.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Hubspot CRM.

Salary: $80-90k
