Main Street Wholesale Meats, family owned and operated since 1946, is looking for a part-time Cashier to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily administrative processes for our company and serve as the first point of contact for our customers.

The hours for this position are 10 AM - 6 PM Thursday through Saturday and 10 AM - 3 PM Sunday with some flexibility.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in person and over the phone in relation to product inquiries, complaints, and general information
• Enter orders into Food Connex invoicing system
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently on the register and credit card machine
• Farmingdale Meat Market, Inc. reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. 

Job Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• One year of related experience
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Computer-savvy
• Ability to work weekend shift
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
