Main Street Wholesale Meats, family owned and operated since 1946, is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team.

The hours for this position are generally 10 AM - 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM - 3 PM Sunday. This is a 40 hour/week position with flexibility around scheduled days.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in person and over the phone in relation to product inquiries, complaints, and general information
  • Enter orders into Food Connex invoicing system
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently on the register and credit card machine
  • Farmingdale Meat Market, Inc. reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. 

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • One year of related experience
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Computer-savvy
  • Ability to work weekend shift a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
