Human Resource Manager.  Forty Carrots Family Center seeks a detail oriented, highly organized individual responsible for the overall administration, coordination, compliance and evaluation of the human resource function for the organization. As part of the senior management team, working under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the HR Manager will develop policy and direct human resources activities, to include but not limited to, payroll, benefit administration, employee relations, training, onboarding, and employment.  Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while being part of a close-knit team.  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 5 years broad HR Management experience.
