The Sales Associate will generate and qualify leads in the-business-to-business arena and will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting through cold and warm calls, conducting research, and gathering intelligence that connects ACI Specialty Benefits with HR professionals, benefit brokers and colleges.  As Sales Associate, you will be trained on ACI’s unique product and portfolio offerings and articulate the value of ACI’s EAP, SOAR and Concierge services accordingly and update the CRM. This position will report to our San Diego office (Employees are working remotely, this will continue to be an option.  Some training may be required onsite in the San Diego office).  Previous experience in selling or marketing employee benefits is a plus.  If you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your annual sales and lead generation targets, we want to talk to you.
