The Business Development Associate will generate and qualify leads in the-business-to-business arena and will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting through cold and warm calls, conducting research, and gathering intelligence that connects ACI Specialty Benefits with HR professionals, benefit brokers and colleges.  As Business Development Associate, you will be trained on ACI’s unique product and portfolio offerings and articulate the value of ACI’s EAP, SOAR and Concierge services accordingly and update the CRM.
