The Position & Responsibilities: 

The Head of GTM Systems will report to the Director of Business Operations and play a pivotal role in the strategic planning process by advising how to maximize and target our addressable market as well as where we should invest. You will work within our data and systems, particularly Salesforce, to understand how data is captured and used, and you will be responsible for providing the members of the team with the operational visibility, analysis, and insights they need to intelligently scale the organization. Additionally, you will diagnose opportunities for process improvement, and process design. The Head of GTM Systems will partner with the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams on operational and data requests intended to capitalize on business opportunities, and execute on strategic initiatives to drive top line growth. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations, Business Operations, and/or Finance experience

  • Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, operations, product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives

  • Professional experience in modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making

  • Superb communications and engagement abilities: natural at knowing your audience and are able to communicate through numerous channels

  • Proactive and relentless: independently capable of seeking information in an unstructured environment, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.

  • Experience managing a technical team focused on Salesforce and Marketo.
