The Position & Responsibilities: 
We are looking for a Product Training/Enablement Manager to join our growing team to support and create value for our internal and external global sales organization. You are highly motivated, energized and inspired by the challenge of ensuring our sellers have everything they need to successfully go-to-market with new solutions. You will be the key owner & program manager of our Sales Enablement needs in the Sales field. Your business acumen and intuition in how to enable our teams will ensure our diversity of product training's and ensure product launches reflect the state of our selling motions & customer engagements. You are highly organized, creative, adaptable & deeply passionate about making a long-lasting impact and helping our teams win market share.

Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement or Solutions Selling
  • Experience and deep understanding of SaaS business models
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Love for learning and educating others
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction
  • Ability to execute under swift deadlines (must love moving fast and highly adaptable)
  • Ability to think big picture and assess the program holistically for opportunities to drive efficiency, risk & forward investments
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - can navigate and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Spend time with our customers and sellers to build a strong intuition for how we are selling ActivTrak today and partner with Strategy & Sales Leadership to define where we need to improve our narrative, demo, collateral and positioning
  • Attend regular product program syncs to understand the plans and progress for upcoming launches with our Product Marketing Partners
  • Partner with our Strategy leads to support & execute program design of new go-to- market initiatives and pilot programs
  • Ensure we’re pulling in previous learnings, feedback, successes and challenges to improve how we operationalize future strategic product & program launches
  • Coordinate needs of Sales to Product Marketing leading up to launch including Sales collateral, Playbook development, Content creation, Demo Environment
  • Create a framework for capturing feedback at scale: aggregate, synthesize and communicate needs for a successful launch back to our PMM Partners
  • Build a shared framework with Product Marketing to set the standards, criteria & bill of materials for each team’s needs per launch and orchestrate the decision-making process

  • Position located in Austin or Dallas, TX (locations remote during COVID-19) 
  • Also offered as a remote position (U.S.)
