The Account Manager,  Enterprise sits on Jobble’s Campaigns Team and will support clients in the management of recruitment advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, organized and collaborative with superior communication and customer support skills and a sharp analytical mind.



Responsibilities:


Account Management:

  • Manage a list of clients, providing excellent customer service and nurturing relationships

  • Develop and grow accounts to maximize revenue and quality traffic

  • Track progress of recruitment campaigns; identify and proactively resolve issues

  • Act as a client consultant, reviewing and analyzing client materials and suggesting ways for more efficient delivery and better performance

  • Research opportunities, competition and recruitment industry trends


Campaign Management:

  • Own campaign set up and delivery

  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize revenue and budget delivery

  • Optimize campaigns for quality as well as volume

  • Own daily campaign and performance reporting

  • Work with engineering, product, and clients to implement tracking pixels and parameters


Traffic Growth:

  • Manage the growth of our publisher network and monitor publisher performance

  • Reach out to potential clients to increase partner network and drive revenue growth

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to grow jobseeker network

  • Collaborate with Product on product improvements


Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years experience in an account coordinator/manager, sales, customer success, or campaign management role, or similar

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • An understanding of online advertising (particularly CPC and CPA pricing)

  • Previous digital marketing experience or recruitment advertising experience preferred

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on data

  • Technically savvy, with experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and Google Analytics (or similar platforms)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing and changing priorities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset & sense of urgency and accountability

  • Self-starter able to work independently and take ownership of work in a remote team environment
