Constellant is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and sales-focused candidate to join our growing sales team! The SDR is responsible for working directly with prospective customers and the broader sales team in order to deliver best in class presentation, ensuring strong solution focus, maximizing on opportunities, increasing win rate and improving overall sales performance.


The SDR’s main focus is to on arrange meetings for senior sales executives, gain confidence and trust of the COO/head of software developer programs/head of partner programs by showcasing world class expertise, problem solving approach, and basic product knowledge

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify opportunities where Constellant’s solution can bring significant business benefit to the customer 

·       Work closely with the sales team to win new business and accelerate sales cycles

·       Assist sales team with discovery process for developer and partner ecosystem opportunity

·       Build and deliver competitive sales pitches

·       Submit accurate forecast to VP of Sales to assist in business planning and reporting

·       Prepare sales plans in association with VP of Sales

·       Support the sales team to drive qualified leads within the sales cycle

·       Enhancing the corporate reputation and visibility through promotion of Constellant’s products and technical expertise


Key Requirements

·       *  At least 5 years of experience working for a SaaS based company within business development or inside sales

·       *  Strong understanding of technical terminology and Constellant’s product (dpEngine)

·       *  Experience in

·      *   Ability to articulate and communicate information with internal employees and prospective customers

·       *  Excellent written/ verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills

·      *   Proven ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines

·       *  Strategic thinker
