About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Brand Marketing Assistant to join our expanding marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Brand Marketing Team on various department initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized individual with an appetite to learn and contribute across different verticals within the Brand Marketing Team.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to forge and nurture organic relationships with influencers who align with our brand values by identifying potential new partners, managing master gifting documents, and supporting pre-book allocation and product gifting efforts

  • Collaborate with the PR & Communications Specialist to identify and engage with new media targets for press inclusions and placements, while monitoring Rhone’s media presence and staying updated on industry and competitor news

  • Assist the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships in coordinating partnership initiatives, including scheduling meetings, helping to prepare materials, and ensuring smooth communication between parties. You will also help to manage partnership projects, tracking of timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful collaboration

  • Begin learning the tracking and reporting mechanisms that are used to analyze performance and help to identify areas for improvements

What you’ll bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Relevant intern experience with an eagerness to learn and grow within an evolving organization and Brand Marketing Team

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with experience in managing relationships and interacting with internal teams and external partners

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing marketing strategies
