About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Community Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Brand Marketing Manager and be responsible for managing our ambassador affiliate program and providing valuable support to the Brand Marketing Manager on influencer marketing initiatives and gifting/seeding activities. The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized individual with an understanding of community engagement, affiliate marketing, and influencer relationships.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the BMM in establishing and executing the strategy to recruit, engage, and retain brand ambassadors and affiliates in adherence to program guidelines while identifying ways to grow the existing Men’s program to incorporate Rhone’s Women’s collection launching May 2024.

  • Create and maintain relationships with existing ambassadors, providing them with the necessary resources and support to maximize their impact, encourage program engagement and involvement in community focused events utilizing GRIN to provide timely communication.

  • Foster a positive and engaged community by organizing virtual and in-person events, challenges, and other engagement activities.

  • Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to analyze the performance of the affiliate program and identify areas for improvement utilizing the GRIN platform.

  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to identify and establish relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.

  • Assist in the coordination of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of key messages.

  • Provide influencers with necessary materials and information to effectively promote our products/services.

  • Source and execute  content creators to generate user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our brand messaging.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 2+ years proven experience in running affiliate and influencer programs specifically through a platform such as GRIN

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with affiliate and influencer partners

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer management tools is a plus (ex: GRIN, Asana, Shopify, Google Analytics)

  • Creative thinker with a passion for building and nurturing communities.
