About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will report to the Brand Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in executing key aspects of our brand marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting the day-to-day operations of our affiliate program. Additionally, this individual will provide essential support to the Brand Marketing Manager in influencer marketing efforts and gifting/seeding activities. What you’ll do:

Support the daily operations of the affiliate program, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to program guidelines while identifying ways to strategically grow the program to incorporate Rhone’s Women’s collection launching May 2024

Build and strengthen relationships with brand affiliates to encourage program engagement and involvement in community focused events

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize program effectiveness and to recommend updates to the participant program

Maintain a comprehensive database of affiliates and influencers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information

Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in identifying and vetting potential influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience

Coordinate communication and logistics with influencers, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and maintaining positive relationships

Collaborate with Brand and Performance Marketing teams to integrate influencer-generated content across paid and organic marketing channels where applicable

Manage the end-to-end process of gifting and seeding initiatives, including product selection, packaging, marketing inserts, and delivery

Work closely with the creative team to customize and personalize gifting packages to maximize impact.

Track and report on the success of gifting initiatives, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Be flexible and willing to perform hands-on work while team is growing
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2+ years experience in supporting affiliate and influencer programs

Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with affiliate and influencer partners

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to optimize marketing strategies.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer management tools is a plus (ex: GRIN, Asana, Shopify, Google Analytics)

Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
