About the role:
The Stock Associate will be an integral member of the store team supporting both the customer and employee experience. They will support the organization of the stock room and work to ensure all sizes are available on the sales floor. The Stock Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
What you’ll do:
Receive, audit and check in all incoming shipments and transfers in a timely manner
Communicate the arrival of new merchandise to management
Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks
Identify and process damaged merchandise in accordance with Rhone SOP
Ensure product displayed on the sales floor has visible price tags
Assist in the markdown process
Participate in semi-annual physical inventory counts
Maintain and organize store supplies and communicate ordering needs to management
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
Act as a brand ambassador and assist customer while present on the sales floor
Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas
Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

Job Requirements:
Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly
Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand on feet for extended periods
Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be 18 years of age or older
