About the role:
As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will support the Company's effort to deliver a best in class in-store experience. You will support the VP, Brand Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive retail traffic, in-store sales and brand awareness across our continuously expanding fleet. You will be on the ground inspiring our retail team and delivering innovative omni channel marketing programs and experiences targeted against short and long-term KPIs, but not limited to: all-up retail marketing strategy, new store grand openings, retail education and team training, store merchandising, and developing sales collateral.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with the brand team to ensure the marketing calendar translates into retail to deliver on consistent brand experiences
Oversee new store opening marketing strategy and execution to drive traffic and grow awareness to new markets
Own GWP strategy and budget
Brief and manage all collateral required to deliver seasonal campaigns and company initiatives
Build strong relationships and collaborate with store teams to develop strategic tools and best practices for store awareness and traffic driving programs
Work closely with Brand, Operations, Visual Merch, Creative, and Performance Marketing amongst others, to build consensus and drive for results
Manage retail marketing budgets, working closely with performance marketing & brand marketing to ensure efficient allocation across multi-channel initiatives delivering on financial KPIs
Product regular analysis to provide insight to the wider business on store performance and retail marketing campaigns.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing leadership
Experience in launching multiple retail stores
Experience in planning and execution of local and in store promotions as well as digital efforts
You have the ability to strategize and execute in a fast-paced start up culture
You are a self-starter capable of operating semi-autonomously but always collaboratively
You are enthusiastic and passionate
You are a team player who is not afraid to take on additional assignments that appear above or beneath you
You have strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills and can effectively communicate remotely
You can prioritize and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of products
You have impeccable attention to detail
You can work nights and weekends as needed and have the ability to travel 50% of the time
