About the role:

The Ecommerce Coordinator will support the eCommerce Senior Manager to drive the growth and optimization of Rhone.com. The role will be responsible for all day to day coordination and operations of the eCommerce/Omnichannel activities.


The position will focus on coordinating and implementing weekly site updates, content management, and site enhancements, as well as collaborating closely with all parts of the organization, including Merchandising, Web Development, Creative, and Performance / Brand Marketing partners. The ideal candidate has proven success at managing an eCommerce website, briefing and executing campaign launches, and experience steering and collaborating with agencies and other partners.


What you’ll do:

  • Execute weekly collection launches, sale campaigns, and special promotions on Rhone.com

  • Support site content plans in collaboration with brand marketing and creative teams

  • Brief, maintain and update site content, collection pages, and other custom or curated page experiences

  • Provide a weekly report on development project timeline for site enhancement, monthly maintenance, site updates, and issues and bugs

  • Conduct daily, pre and post-deployment Q&A

  • Liaison with the Customer Service team to help enhance our customers' online experience

  • Escalate feedback and input on/from customer issues

  • Support execution of eComm roadmap initiatives and work closely with the leadership team to develop plans for any new enhancements or initiatives to improve the digital experience and revenue growth 

  • Report to the Sr. Manager of Ecommerce 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of experience in Ecommerce at a retail brand

  • Eager to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Must be detailed oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A desire to have fun while creating value for our customers!


Preferred: 

  • Experience with Shopify Plus, or similar

  • Efficient in Microsoft Excel, Google suites, and project management tools

  • Comfort with Google Analytics
