About the Role:
The Operations Support Specialist is an ‘athlete’ who thrives in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments. As an integral part of our “FiOps” (Finance and Operations) team, you will support both day-to-day and long-term projects for EDI order management and fulfillment for our wholesale trading partners. You will act as “the baton in the relay” of information ensuring the data translates behind the scenes to operate on time and without issue, and you’ll be ready to step in to create and deliver solutions when things don’t go 100% as planned, including mitigating and recovering chargebacks if they do.
What you’ll do:
Quickly gain a strong understanding of EDI and NetSuite order management.
Maintain accurate sales order data in NetSuite from TrueCommerce 850.
Maintain accurate account shipping information in all databases.
Quickly gain a strong understanding of routing guide customer requirements to aid 3PL and reduce chargeback errors.
Ensuring accuracy of EDI data and working with Business Systems Manager to correct data accuracy and resolution of errors.
SME related to EDI 850/855/856/810/846 data sets and specialty data aggregation/consolidation, managing the flow of EDI based transactions from inception to fulfillment. Point of contact for internal customers for all things EDI.
Perform order management; inclusive of order entry (850 export), order confirmation, and order adjustments (860 export) as a result of daily, weekly and monthly audit cycles.
Research and track non-compliant chargebacks and institute resolutions in 3PL, integration, or business processes through SOPs and controls.
Analyze and dispute chargebacks with our Trading Partners weekly and monthly along with recovering chargeback fees from 3PL, as applicable.
Maintain accurate file processing schedule and meet multiple deadlines,
Process Error and Results reports received after file postings
Work closely with NetSuite and TrueCommerce Admin on set up new integrations, setup configurations, and account structures and reports. Assist in EDI onboarding and testing and act as point of contact with the 3PL.
Coordinate onboarding requirements gathering, configuration, and testing for new EDI customers.
Experience with EDI labeling standards, requirements, and testing and assist in cross-functional inbound vendor compliance.
Proactive internal and external support for day-to-day EDI operations
Strives for continuous process improvement and provides ideas related to long-term EDI strategy.

3+ experience in order management, EDI, inventory analysis, and reconciliation procedures.
Available during weekends and nights to meet client and/or carrier deadlines and during peak promotional periods.
You have attained a Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience.
Strive to meet client and/or carrier deadlines, working after hours when needed.
