About the Role:

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will complete administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. They will assist the VP of People and Culture with recruiting, maintaining employee records, payroll processing and will provide administrative support to all employees.  We are looking for someone who is organized and hardworking. The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform all functions both quickly and efficiently. 


What you’ll do:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by managing job postings, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

  • Time and attendance tracking

  • Conduct new hire orientation

  • Support both the on-boarding and off-boarding processes

  • Administer support for company training programs

  • Coordinate and track performance appraisals

  • Maintain employee records and files electronically and manually

  • Administer support for company training programs

  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects

  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

  • Other administrative tasks as needed

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Strong computer skills required including MS Office, GSuite, and related business and communication  tools
