About the Role:

Are you obsessive about driving an exceptional end-to-end digital marketing experience? Do you get a buzz from being on the “pulse” of new, digital initiatives and channels? Are you a data demon who loves driving growth through analysis and insight? We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving an innovative digital marketing strategy. Someone who is striving to create the most impactful journey possible to support profitable acquisition. Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager you will be part of a driven acquisition marketing team that are integral to the future growth of Rhone. 

What you’ll do:

  • Management of all acquisition marketing strategies across a range of channels including; search, social, affiliates, display, video, and digital partnerships 

  • Management of our creative calendar in-line with product drops and promotions. Planning our ad messages, always thinking about tailoring our tone of voice according to the audience

  • Ownership of the full acquisition marketing creative cycle: briefing ads, coordinating the go-live, testing when live.

  • Lead with a test & learn approach across all marketing campaigns to ensure you are consistently challenging the status quo to optimize and improve acquisition marketing strategies

  • Optimize the full user journey considering the full marketing funnel and aligning with our eCommerce team on UX and CR% optimization strategies 

  • Manage our acquisition marketing KPIs on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis ensuring all reports are up to date for delivering insights back to the wider business

  • Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager on managing our external relationships with agencies guiding them to deliver against our goals & targets

What you’ll bring: 

  • Minimum 1 years experience in Digital Marketing in an e-commerce environment 

  • Experience in managing agency relationships to ensure optimum performance 

  • Knowledge and experience in delivering Affiliate, Social, and Display campaigns

  • Experience in reporting via Google Analytics 

  • Desirable - experience utilizing Shopify 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
