About the role:
The Senior Performance Marketing role will be perfect for a data-driven candidate with a proven track record of implementing successful omnichannel growth strategies.
What you’ll do:
Management of a multi-million dollar performance marketing spend built upon strict cost per acquisition targets which drive profitable growth across all channels; wholesale, digital & retail
Optimization of media mix leading with a test & learn approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of all acquisition opportunities
Management of our digital agency continuously challenges them to deliver best in class acquisition strategies
Partner with our retention marketing team driving loyalty amongst our returning customer database
Collaborate with all trading channels (wholesale, digital, retail) to deliver excellent customer journeys focused on driving conversion
Guide & challenge product development teams on what is required to achieve acquisition goals producing insightful analysis to support future buying decisions
Partner with brand & creative teams to produce creative collateral tailored to the range of acquisition marketing tactics we operate across all performance marketing channels
Keep data at the center of everything focusing on how to better capture and produce information so that the organization can consume and utilize and support our profitable growth ambitions.
Lead with a test and learn approach across everything you do to ensure you stay at the forefront of the ever-changing world of performance marketing
What you’ll bring:
7+ years in global performance marketing roles
Advanced understanding of all digital marketing channels
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Advanced data analysis skills
Experience of working with Shopify
