About the role:
The Wholesale Account Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all wholesale accounts that partner with Rhone, from the initial order source, to final shipment to specified Distribution centers. In this role, the WAC partners not only with internal team members but also with various warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the client receives all goods in a timely manner. This role acts as a point person between the sales reps and logistics/operations teams to ensure all goals and objectives are met. 


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee order entry for various major and speciality accounts through the creation of bulks, direct sales orders, and distribution of allocated units from larger purchase orders 

  • Enters data into various platforms to ensure proper order flow from customer to NS (i.e GXS Catalog UPC entry)

  • Work closely with various departments to ensure that goods are being appropriately distributed between departments/internal warehouses

  • Work with wholesale team members to ensure order flow in both NetSuite and Blue Box

  • Oversee coordination of hang tag and poly bag sticker acquisition 

  • Responsible for overseeing inventory adjustments to ensure correct allocation and distribution of incoming product to major and speciality accounts 

  • Maintain daily & weekly tracking on all sales numbers in order to understand larger team metrics and goals  

  • Maintain Rhone by location doc

  • Works alongside the financial team to ensure all orders are being processed & properly invoiced


What you’ll bring: 

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate and work with various departments/partners to ensure clear direction and needs are being met

  • Ability to work independently on a day to day basis 

  • Prior knowledge of NetSuite & Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
