JOB DESCRIPTION:  Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Associate will work directly with customers, assisting with their needs.  They will ensure that service is prompt and courteous while making the customer feel comfortable.  The retail associate will be ambassadors of Rhone and a representation of Rhone’s principles.  They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through building rapport and ensuring your customer’s needs are met 

  • Drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store’s goals

  • Quickly learn the customer’s needs and provide product recommendations that will help them achieve their goals

  • Communicate product feedback to the store manager 

  • Be a Rhone product knowledge expert and educate customers of its features and benefits

  • Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays in accordance with Rhone’s visual merchandising standards

  • Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in accordance with Rhone’s organizational standards

  • Build collaborative relationships with your peers and a willingness to help others succeed

  • Occasional janitorial duties as needed

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing progress in your own life and striving to be the best version of yourself

  • Retail or hospitality experience preferred

  • Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment

  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills 

  • Ability to work holidays and weekends

  • 8+ hours of availability required (2+ days/week)

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
