Job Description: Senior Ecommerce Manager
We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital commerce strategy for direct and cross-functional execution of e-commerce priorities. You will analyze and communicate performance, develop strategies and business cases for investment, and partner closely with leaders across the company to understand key business trends and identify new opportunities for the website and other digital commerce channels. Our ideal candidate is thoughtful, results-oriented, and experienced in leading & scaling teams quickly.
Responsibilities:
Develop an overall e-commerce growth strategy in partnership with our Performance Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, and Strategy teams
Analyze key traffic and conversion trends alongside adjacent teams (like Finance and Consumer Insights) on relevant business and customer analysis
Lead regular cross-functional e-commerce business reviews, capturing key action items and ensuring follow-up
Diagnose root causes for any unexpected business trends and partner with our VP of Ecommerce and relevant teams to identify and implement solutions
Build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives to support e-commerce growth
Define key omnichannel metrics, goals, and strategies as we leverage our digital experiences to drive in-store sales
Over time, assemble a team to support ongoing eCommerce analysis and operations
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in an e-commerce role and/or highly strategic and analytical consumer experience
A strategic, analytical thinker who understands e-commerce and customer behavior
Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working through uncertainty
A crystal-clear communicator, both in writing and in person, who’s experienced in translating data into strategic recommendations
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and providing project management support
