JOB DESCRIPTION: Retail Store Manager, Century City
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail efforts at our soon to open Century City location. This consumer facing role will be vital in creating brand awareness, generating sales, and ensuring top notch customer experience. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, highly driven, and exemplify our company values and principles.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and implement business strategies to attract new customers, drive traffic to the store and increase profitability
Deliver superb customer service through Rhone’s selling ceremony and ensure all team members uphold the same standard of service
Recruit, select, and onboard employees who are passionate about pursuing progress in their own lives
Coach, develop and manage performance of employees to create a scalable workforce that sets the new store up for growth
Represent the brand, brand image, and culture during internal and external events
Exhibit business acumen as it relates to retail and store financial goals
Meet and exceed store sales targets and KPI’s
Ensure all Rhone team members deliver exceptional customer service as they represent the brand
Address customer concerns swiftly and completely showing empathy and compassion
Uphold operational standards, providing a safe and clean store environment for your customers and your team
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
Create and communicate the weekly staff schedule in accordance with shifting business needs
Train your team to be product knowledge experts ensuring they are able to speak to the features and benefits of Rhone products
Open and Close the store as needed
Adhere to payroll goals as communicated by HQ
Maintain visual merchandising standards as communicated by HQ
Ensure all shipping and receiving is processed efficiently and in a timely manner
Communicate inventory and assortment needs to HQ
Open to additional roles and responsibilities as deemed necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of retail leadership experience
Proactive and experienced with networking within the LA Market
Previous experience in opening new stores
Pursuing progress in your own life and striving to be the best version of yourself
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Proven success in staff development and leadership
Commitment to the career growth of self and others
Track records of building collaborative, highly motivated, team
Strong attention to detail
Capable to receive and effectively communicate feedback
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Google Suite, Point of Sale system(s), inventory management systems and labor scheduling systems
