JOB DESCRIPTION: Office Manager 

Rhone is the fastest-growing men’s activewear brand in the US. Rapid growth goes hand and hand with organization and planning! We are looking for someone who is organized and hardworking to help manage the daily operations of our office and support the team as needed. This person should have the ability to perform all functions both quickly and efficiently. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist visitors to the office

  • Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents

  • Manage office budget in coordination with Finance team

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed

  • Facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance and repairs

  • Overseeing building maintenance in coordination with property management

  • Oversee daily work activities at the office

  • Coordinate and supervise all internship programs

  • Manage all shipments to and from the office

  • Anticipate future needs of the office and the team

  • Ensure the safety of the team in partnership with Human Resources as it relates to CDC, OSHA and other government guidelines 

  • Improve employee retention through active communication and problem-solving efforts

  • Other related duties as assigned

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google products
