JOB DESCRIPTION: Flagship Sales Supervisor

The Rhone Sales Supervisor  is responsible for driving sales and educating customers on the Rhone brand. They will be responsible for opening and closing the store as needed and for various administrative duties.  


Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the “Manager on Duty” when no manager is present in the store

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through building rapport and ensuring your customer’s needs are met

  • Drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store’s goals

  • Quickly learn the customer’s needs and provide product recommendations that will help them achieve their goals

  • Communicate product feedback to the store manager

  • Be a Rhone product knowledge expert and educate customers of its features and benefits

  • Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates as needed

  • Support new-hire training and product education

  • Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays in accordance with Rhone’s visual merchandising standards

  • Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in accordance with Rhone’s organizational standards

  • Build collaborative relationships with your peers and a willingness to help others succeed

  • Occasional janitorial duties as needed

  • Other roles and responsibilities as needed


Requirements/Qualifications  

  • Pursuing progress in your own life and striving to be the best version of yourself

  • 3+years of retail experience

  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills 

  • Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

  • Ability to climb stairs and lift 25 pounds

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Basic computer competencies
