JOB DESCRIPTION: Wholesale Account Coordinator
The Wholesale Account Coordinator will work directly with the Sales team. The Wholesale Account Coordinator will be responsible for the processing and monitoring of orders within the wholesale channel. They will also be responsible for day to day analysis and reporting related to Wholesale Logistics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Entering Wholesale orders into ordering system as requested by the Sales team
Process EDI’s as needed to ensure accuracy and fulfillment of orders in partnership with operations team
Maintain sales sheet and master tracking and ensure accuracy
Moving inventory across Virtual Warehouses to ensure orders are fulfilled
Monitoring ship dates on all Wholesale orders and communicating cancel dates to Account Executives
Communicating all issues that may occur during the order life-cycle effectively and ensures they are resolved in a timely manner
Create accounts for new wholesale customers and maintain account information for existing customers
Maintain accuracy of store locator page on rhone.com
Complete style templates and update UPC catalog in partnership with operations team
Report to sales and finance, at end of every week, the total shipped, in progress and on hold for that month
Issue RA/Credit memos and track RA status
Work with distribution center on chargebacks and shipping discrepancies
Work closely with Account Executives on daily basis in order to react in real time
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Extremely detail oriented
Competent Computer Skills to perform essential functions listed above (Word, Excel, Google Mail and Drive, etc; Net Suite experience a plus!)
