About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving an innovative digital marketing strategy. Someone who is striving to create the most impactful journey possible to support profitable acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing you will be part of a driven acquisition marketing team who are integral to the future growth of Rhone.
What you’ll do:

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels including: search, social, affiliates, display, video and digital partnerships

Management of our creative calendar in line with product drops and promotions. Planning ad messages, always thinking about tailoring the brand’s tone of voice according to the audience

Ownership of the full acquisition marketing creative cycle: briefing ads, coordinating the go-live, testing when live.

Use a test & learn approach across all marketing campaigns to consistently challenging the status quo to optimize and improve acquisition marketing strategies

Optimize the full user journey considering the full marketing funnel and aligning with our Ecommerce team on UX and CR% optimization strategies

Review acquisition marketing KPIs on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis ensuring all reports are up to date for delivering insights back to the wider business

Support the Director of Performance Marketing in managing our external relationships with agencies guiding them to deliver against our goals & targets

Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging digital technologies
What you’ll bring:

Minimum 1 years’ experience in Digital Marketing in an e-commerce environment

Experience of managing agency relationships to ensure optimum performance

Knowledge and experience in delivering Affiliate, Social and Display campaigns

Experience in reporting via Google Analytics

Desirable - experience utilizing Shopify

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
