The Director of Clinical Market Operations will be responsible for owning all clinical operations within a market, including patient engagement/experience, clinical team management, and quality. This person will work closely with the Central Clinical Team to implement new clinical guidelines and operations and will report to the market General Manager.   

Essential Functions

·       Own all aspects of clinical operations within Strive Market including provider workflow, patient management and engagement, training, and quality. 

·       Provide management of direct patient care clinics and care management infrastructure in Strive’s market ensuring adherence to Strive clinical care model. 

·       Work closely with the central clinical team, the operations team, and the market General Manager. 

·       Monitor and maintain short and long-term goals, metrics and KPIs to drive toward those goals 

·       Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of clinical operations and across all markets 

Minimum Qualifications 

·       NP, RN, or MSN with  5 years experience serving patients with multiple comorbid conditions or complex diseases or relevant experience 

·       10+ years’ experience in outpatient care operations.

·       5 years  experience in both telemedicine and in-clinic care delivery. 

·       5 years experience leading teams of clinicians to drive positive patient

·      Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both detail and big-picture levels and to drive initiatives forward

·      Highly detail and goal-oriented, with the ability to set and track metrics to ensure efficiency and success
