Define and maintain the product strategy for the clinical tools used by our Strive Kidney Heroes (NPs, RN case managers, enrollment advisers, etc.) 

Create a cohesive ecosystem combining care management tools, EMRs, reporting dashboards, IOT devices, etc. with goal of minimizing the amount of time the team spends on admin tasks and maximizing direct patient care time.  

Work with clinical leadership and individual team members to identify, define and prioritize high value features with a maniacal focus on clinician experience and patient safety 

Serve as Product Owner to a cross-functional agile team of clinicians, software engineers, data engineers and data scientists to define and prioritize team goals (we use Jira) 

Collaborate with Head of Product to define epic deliverables and own portions of the larger product roadmap as required 

Work closely with the product leads for Patient Experience and Technology to maximize impact of full product suite 

5+ years of digital product management experience with a focus clinical tools, EMR and healthcare interoperability (We currently use SalesForce HealthCloud, AdvancedMD EMR/PM and TalkDesk) 

Experience integrating vendor-supplied solutions with in-house products and knowing when to buy vs build  

Experience working directly with clinicians and understanding “a day in the life” of teams like our KidneyHeroes  

Strong communication skills and experience leading and influencing people -- especially when you’re not in a functional management position 

Ability to work with limited direction in a fast growth company 

Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile development environment
