Cloud IT Specialist
Founded in 2018, Strive Health is working to transform the kidney care industry by reinventing how chronic kidney disease patients are engaged and treated before they reach the need for dialysis. We cut inpatient utilization, increase the adoption of home dialysis, and significantly improve patient outcomes and experience. Leveraging comparative and predictive data and analytics to identify patients at risk, Strive Health’s interventions significantly reduce the rate of emergent dialysis crash with pre-ESRD care and education. Strive seeks to get CKD and ESRD patients the care they need, via a comprehensive clinical model utilizing clinician extenders to engage and treat patients along their care journey. Based in Denver, CO, Strive Health is backed by New Enterprise Associates, Town Hall Ventures, Echo Health Ventures, and Ascension Ventures.
Strive is seeking a high-energy Cloud IT Specialist (Generalist), with a strong track record of supporting, building and providing end users with a friendly environment in a light-speed, startup environment from the ground up. As a Strive IT Specialist, you will be a key component in identifying problems, working with end users through a ticketing system and supporting projects. With the support of more tier 2 & 3 engineers, any tickets that are not able to be resolved can be escalated to the appropriate personal. Prior knowledge of O365, Windows and Mac OS’s are needed for basic troubleshooting. The main task of this position will be:
· Tickets and end user support remotely and in Denver’s Corporate office with amazing customer service
· Documentation of systems
· Building laptops for new hires
· Orientation for new hires
· AV in conference rooms in Denver’s Corporate office
· Any other tier 1 support duties
· Growing into a tier2 position
Education and experience:
4-5 years of IT experience is required with at least an associate degree in a technical area of study. Any industry certifications are also desired including Apple, Microsoft, Cisco or CompTia. The ideal candidate will need some guidance but should be able to work without a lot of supervision after a ramp up period.
