Compensation:  Base Salary & Commission, plus company benefits - BOE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø  Act as an Ambassador for Tank Stream Design and all our Brands, always protecting the team 

Ø  Use a systematic approach to establish deep relationships with all customers including understanding their strategy, key decision-makers, organizational structure, roadmaps and go-to-market focus

Ø  Understand the competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities and threats

Ø  Maintain pipeline of new partnership and concept opportunities designed to drive and exceed revenue margin targets 

Ø  Expand relationships with existing partners by uncovering expansion opportunities, developing and driving go-to-market strategies

Ø  Highly analytical, strategic thinker and data-driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator

Ø  Demonstrated success in sales that resulted in revenue growth via partnerships

Ø  Ownership and execution of a clear Objectives and Key Results

SALES TERRITORY:

  • Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina & Georgia Coasts
  • 50 active accounts


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

N/A

Ø QUALIFICATIONS:

ü  3+ years of related direct outside sales, business development and merchandising experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, but not required

ü  Retail Apparel/Accessories sales background preferred, but not required

ü  Must have a valid US Drivers License with a clear record free of any major violations

ü  Must be able to travel extensively throughout the territory up to 5 days per week

ü  Proven track record of achieving personal success

ü  Effective solution seller (Value selling) with demonstrated track record and high close ratio

ü  Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with quality - able to represent the company externally and internally

ü  Computer skills required: CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level of excel required i.e. Pivot Tables, etc.)

ü  Proven ability to meet sales and business development objectives

ü  Commitment to excellence and high standards

ü  Excellent written and oral communication skills

ü  Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills

ü  Above all you must have a can-do positive attitude
