Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Establish sales through management of specific industry or product segment sales teams
- Attains team revenue and margin targets
- Ensures brand values are maintained
- Provides direction, development, and inspiration to team members
- Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and capable workforce
- Drive sales strategies and sales promotion campaigns
- Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
- Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities
- Accountable for organizing cross-functional teams' engagement with accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role
- 4+ managing high-performance teams
- History of exceeding personal and team sales quotas
- Process minded and detail-oriented
- Prior experience developing go-to-market strategy during a rapid growth period
- Energetic, positive, and inspirational; knows how to get the best from others
- Cool under pressure, entrepreneurial, and an active mentor
- Experienced collaborator who partners effectively with Finance and Operations
