We are seeking an experience Sr. Electronic / Engineering Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will conduct a variety of electronic and electromechanical assembling and testing on electronic systems, subassemblies and parts to ensure operation in accordance with specification. In addition, this individual will apply knowledge of electronic principles to develop and implement manufacturing processes, write manufacturing work instructions, and establish product acceptance criteria.


Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and calibrate products to engineering specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems with the completed assemblies
Develop & update assembly work instructions and other assembly aid

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving prototype, production & documentation issue

• Conduct failure analysis, root-causes, and maintain failure history for preventive & corrective actions

• Other duties as assigned

·         Proven knowledge with oilfield instrumentation / data acquisition & control system

Candidate Requirements:

·         Associate degree or equivalent from two year/technical school in electronics

·         7 or more years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with electrical & mechanical assemblies  

·         Experience in oil & gas industry or industrial environment preferred

·         Proficiency PC/Window – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
