We are looking to hire a Lead Service Technician and Lead Installation Technician for our San Francisco Bay Area branch, which is in Walnut Creek, CA. If you’re a Lead Technician with expertise in commercial access control, video management systems and software installation wanting to advance your career, we’d like to talk with you.

 

The candidate should be highly skilled in servicing, programming and troubleshooting advanced integrated security systems. Other requirements include:

 

·               5 years’ minimum experience in the commercial electronic security industry. Strong knowledge of IP Video Surveillance and access control is required.  Certification or work experience on Lenel, Honeywell ProWatch, Software House, Genetec, Milestone, Brivo, Avigilon or AXIS products is a major plus.

 

·               Candidate must have strong technical aptitude and be able to learn and then maintain certification for various security product lines. Also, you should be able to learn and complete alarm and or low voltage licensing requirements as needed.

 

·               The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical and troubleshooting skills, and be able manage projects to meet goals and quality standards.

You must have a clean driving record and pass a background investigation. Must be able to work in both office and outside environments, climb a ladder, and carry boxes weighing 50 lbs. Security 101 is a drug free workplace; candidate must pass a drug screening check during our interview process.
