What you will be doing:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and driving business growth. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and providing strategic guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
What your primary responsibilities will be:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including overseeing contracts, customization requests, product delivery, and payment processing
- Analyze account data to identify key trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Logistics, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Develop comprehensive account plans, including revenue forecasts, budgets, and actionable steps for achieving objectives
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates on project status, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients
- Work towards achieving revenue targets and driving business growth within assigned accounts
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3+ year of experience in Sales or related positions
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-centric approach
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
- Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
- Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
- Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
