What you will be doing:
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, who can collaborate effectively across teams and navigate the fast-paced tech landscape.
What your primary responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Luminys’s strategic goals.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials and content.
- Analyze campaign performance and metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and media outlets.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach.
- Experience in brand management and market positioning in a startup environment is a plus.
Physical Demands:
